Kate’s Matzoh Mishmash

  • Kate’s Matzoh Mishmash
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 16oz box unsalted matzoh
  • butter
  • brown sugar to taste
  • cinnamon to taste

Beat eggs thoroughly.  Dip and cover matzoh in egg. Place in Pyrex baking dish. Layer with pats of butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.  Bake in a slow oven (275) for about 45 minutes.  Enjoy.
