Linda N’s Triple Citrus Cheese Cake
- 4 (8 oz) packages of softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp each fresh lemon, lime, and orange juice
- 1 tsp each grated lemon peel, lime peel, orange peel
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup melted butter
Mix together ingredients for crust, press into the bottom of a 9” springform pan, and bake at 325F for ten minutes.
Mix all ingredients for filling together until they are combined. Pour into crust. Bake at 325F for 60-65 minutes until the center is set. Cool, then remove rim from pan and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Makes twelve servings.
