- Kate’s Matzoh Mishmash
- 3 eggs
- 1 16oz box unsalted matzoh
- butter
- brown sugar to taste
- cinnamon to taste
Beat eggs thoroughly. Dip and cover matzoh in egg. Place in Pyrex baking dish. Layer with pats of butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Bake in a slow oven (275) for about 45 minutes. Enjoy.
